can build healthier habits one small change at a time

The Habit Hive

Small changes • Shared support
• Meaningful results

If you've ever felt like looking after your health has become another item on your to-do list, you're not alone.

The Habit Hive is a supportive, free community for women who want to feel better, age well, and build healthier habits - one small change at a time. Many of us are juggling work, family, changing hormones, stress, and the everyday demands of life, which can make prioritising ourselves feel difficult, even when we know it matters.

The Habit Hive isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about discovering that small shifts, supported by a community of women walking a similar path, can lead to meaningful improvements in energy, wellbeing, and long-term health.

Looking after yourself should be a pleasure (but not the guilty kind) and it should fit into your real life.

Why join The Habit Hive

In this WhatsApp-based community we tackle one simple habit at a time through fun, focused challenges.

Inside The Habit Hive you'll find that things are:

🐝 Supportive

Clear, trustworthy advice from a nutritional therapist and health coach who walks the talk and the encouragement, accountability, and motivation that comes from making changes alongside other women with similar goals and experiences.

🐝 Sustainable

Taking small, consistent actions means that you can stop second-guessing yourself and start feeling more in control of your health. What's more, you'll build the confidence that prioritising your well-being can be achievable and enjoyable.

Meet your host

Hello!  I'm Maija

I’m a nutritional therapist, health coach, mum and mid-lifer.

I've created The Habit Hive because I know that the focus on restrictive diets, complicated wellness routines and the constant bombardment of "information" about what we should be doing leaves us at a minimum confused, probably overwhelmed and, at worst, feeling like a failure.

What we need instead are practical ideas, encouragement, and a supportive community that makes looking after ourselves feel achievable and enjoyable. In The Habit Hive we tackle one simple habit at a time through fun, focused challenges because small changes really do add up to meaningful improvements in how we feel.

Join the community if you're ready to feel better by doing less, but doing it more often (and with a bit of good ol' fashioned chat).
