I’m here to help you to find a path that suits you both - through nutrition and lifestyle guidance to help you reclaim your mind and your body, get a good night’s sleep and feel confident of a calm and strong future.

You need this.

Because right now you're

  • Feeling that you don’t know what’s going on with your own hormones and wonder how to cope with a house full of hormonal teenagers

  • Scared that the menopause gremlin will transform you into a shrieking, crying, sweaty mess for the next 10-15 years of your life

  • Struggling to find the space to collect your thoughts which keep getting side-swiped and don’t have the faintest idea where to start to make it any better

  • Constantly trying to block out the underlying feeling of being panicked, anxious and quick-tempered that never seems to go away

  • Wading through a bog on a daily basis instead of being the energetic, vibrant, glowing woman you want to be

  • Feel centered, calm and confident in yourself so you can help your kids navigate the turbulence of growing up

It's easy to get caught up in the hormone panic

when you don’t know what’s going on from one day to the next, or what to expect around the corner.

On this four week programme you’ll gain the empathetic guidance to unravel the confusing jumble of symptoms that is perimenopause and the practical steps to help smooth out the transition.

Through targeted nutrition and lifestyle habits that support your physical and mental wellbeing through this phase of life you will set yourself up to be strong, confident and feel your best.

And, as a bonus to lower the household angst, you’ll know how to help your teenagers do the same.

This programme is for you if you want to

  • Understand what’s going on in your body in simple terms, and be able to relate it to your life

  • Know how to get a decent night’s sleep without dreaming about your ‘to do’ list or waking in a pool of your own sweat at 2am

  • Stop feeling so exhausted and anxious

  • Feel more in control of your future and to support yourself to be strong, vibrant and healthy, in body and mind

  • Be confident that your nutrition* and lifestyle habits will support you through the transition to menopause and will be good for your kids too

*Please note that this programme is not ideal for you if you prefer to avoid animal-source nutrition

Here's how it works

No more guesswork or wasting time – just simple, effective tips to help you feel your best at this time of transition. Sound good?

You’ll come away from this programme with a good insight into what’s happening to your hormones, how focusing on the right nutrition and lifestyle habits can ease your symptoms and how to plan for the future.

We’ll cover what’s happening with your teenager’s hormones too and where the synergies are so you don’t have to add making special meals or individualised gag-inducing brews to your list of things to do.

You’ll be in the company of women just like you, which will be like a weekly tonic of humour and compassion.

This group programme is limited to 10 participants and will take the format of an in-person, ‘fireside chat’ so there’ll be plenty of scope to ask questions about our weekly topic (none of which will be too silly) and get straightforward, practical advice that can work in your life, to help make the next few years as smooth as possible, for you.

We’ll hone in on the practical actions you can easily implement to support your body and brain through the hormonal transition to menopause; including

  • Sleep

  • Mood

  • Energy

  • Stress

  • Exercise

  • Supporting bones, brain and heart health

This programme is the one-stop-shop you need to get away from Google searching “what’s happening to me?” and build a plan, tailored to you, that will help you feel better.

Hello! I'm Maija

_MG_4857_crop.png

I help mums and dads create nutrition and lifestyle habits that stick so they can feel good in their bodies again, and help their kids do that too, so that they’ve got the energy, mood and bounce they need for family life without restrictive diets or family drama.

I’m navigating the murky waters of perimenopause and growing teenagers myself so I’m right there with you at this fascinating, daunting, very busy but perhaps liberating phase of life.

I practice what I preach and know firsthand what a difference really honing how you nourish your body and incorporating supportive lifestyle practices makes. It’s the difference between thrashing around a forest in the dark and walking the gentle tree-lined paths in the sunshine.

I look forward to helping to get you on track to feeling fantastic!
