Sound good?

Here's how it works

You’ll come away from this programme with a good insight into what’s happening to your body and mind. You'll know how focusing on the right nutrition and lifestyle habits can ease your symptoms and how to plan for the future.

We’ll look at it alongside what’s happening in your life to find where the synergies are so you don’t have to add making special meals or complex gag-inducing  brews to your list of things to do.

You’ll be in the company of women just like you, which will be like a weekly tonic of humour and compassion where everyone comes together to learn, support each other, and take actionable steps toward navigating the journey to menopause with confidence.

This is a small group programme and will take the format of an in-person, ‘fireside chat’ so there’ll be plenty of scope to ask questions about our weekly topic (none of which will be too silly) and get straightforward, practical advice that can work in your life, to help make the next few years as smooth as possible, for you.

We’ll hone in on the practical actions you can easily implement to support your body and brain through the hormonal transition to menopause; including

  • Sleep

  • Mood

  • Energy

  • Stress

  • Exercise

  • Bones, brain, heart and intimate health

This programme is the one-stop-shop you need to get away from Google searching “what’s happening to me?” and build a plan, tailored to you, that will help you feel better.

I help mums and dads create nutrition and lifestyle habits that stick so they can feel good in their bodies again, and help their kids do that too, so that they’ve got the energy, mood and bounce they need for family life without restrictive diets or family drama.

I’m navigating the murky waters of perimenopause and growing teenagers myself so I’m right there with you at this fascinating, daunting, very busy but perhaps liberating phase of life.

I practice what I preach and know firsthand what a difference really honing how you nourish your body and incorporating supportive lifestyle practices makes. It’s the difference between thrashing around a forest in the dark and walking the gentle tree-lined paths in the sunshine.

I look forward to helping you thrive!
