Knowledge is power…or is it?
For many of us, knowledge can actually be quite disempowering, especially when it comes to our wellbeing. We know we should eat “right”, exercise “right”, sleep “right”… but without the context that allows us to translate that knowledge into something that actually works in our lives, it’s not very helpful. Instead, it creates a quiet pressure. A sense that we should be doing better… trying harder… getting it right.
